Matene a.s has developed a new vertical conveyor system which gently conveys wood pellets within your house or building to a pellet burner. You can build your own storage facility in an available room in the basement, install a prefabricated silo or just use a small bin as shown in the picture.

There are huge savings in operating cost to replace your old oil burner with a pellet feed system and pellet burner. And it's done in a few hours.

The conveying occurs at even and metered feed rate, this to ensure optimum efficiency of the combustion process in the furnace. There is a patented sluice valve built into the vertical conveyor which prevents back fires and escape of flue gases through the feed system. 

The conveying system has the flexibility as with vacuum systems but is more cost efficient. It is easy to install, it is space efficient and you get easy  access to the furnace in comparison to standard tilting conveyors.

The system is flexible; you can start off with a vertical conveyor on a small bin, later on you can re-install the vertical conveyor onto a larger silo or a room in the basement. You can extend the feed conveyor to fit a large silo and add a ceiling conveyor for distances up to 15 meters.

Multiple parallel arrangement of the conveyor systems can feed large industrial pellet burners from from a low height indoor/outdoor 20-75m3 silo.
